Broker packets without the runaround

A complete packet is authority, W-9, insurance certificates, and a notice of assignment if you factor. Missing one page is enough for a broker to ghost a good rate.

We keep a current library and send it the same hour a rate is agreed. Additional insured requests go to your agent immediately — not the next morning.

Credit still matters. We will not put your MC on a broker your factor will not fund.
