By using https://securedispatchingservices.com or engaging Secure Dispatching Services, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of services
SDS provides dispatch and back-office operations support for motor carriers. We are not a licensed property broker and not a motor carrier. Freight is booked on your authority. You remain responsible for compliance, insurance, and the safe operation of your equipment.
2. Fees
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, SDS charges a weekly operations retainer. We do not take a percentage of load revenue. Freight pay is between you, the broker, and any factor you choose.
3. Approvals
Loads are not booked without your approval unless you have given written standing instructions.
4. No competitor tooling
The website and intake forms use SDS-controlled APIs and vendors you configure. They are not connected to another dispatch company’s billing, SMS, or TMS credentials.
